Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the mon33 website accessible at https://mon33.vip, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and related services operated by mon33.
• "We", "Us", "Our" means mon33, the internationally licensed gaming company that owns and operates the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, through which all betting, gaming, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Services" means all products and features available on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (sportsbook), live casino, slot games, arcade games, cashier functions, and responsible gaming tools.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive awarded to a User by mon33 under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may withdraw funds or access certain Platform features.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, design elements, content, and proprietary technology owned by or licensed to mon33.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed in Clause 8 of these Terms & Conditions that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "Governing Law" means the legal jurisdiction and applicable laws under which disputes between mon33 and Users are resolved, as specified in Clause 13.

The mon33 Platform is intended for use by adults only. By registering an Account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that all of the following eligibility conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or organisation when using the Platform or placing bets.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your Account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of mon33 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not suffering from a recognised gambling addiction and are not using the Platform in contravention of any self-exclusion agreement you have entered into with any gambling operator.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only on the mon33 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts held by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus balances held within them.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mon33 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel including Live Chat, email, or telephone.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your Account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mon33 immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, mon33 requires you to complete a full KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document (Indonesian KTP or passport), a document confirming your residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past 90 days), and — where relevant — documentation confirming the source of funds deposited. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

mon33 reserves the right to decline an Account application or suspend an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

All transactions on the mon33 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mon33 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply its own transfer fees, for which mon33 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Deposits may be made via the following methods: bank transfer virtual accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. mon33 reserves the right to modify the minimum deposit amount or available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts that are registered in the same legal name as your mon33 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. For KYC-verified Accounts, withdrawals are processed within an average of 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Indonesian public holidays.

Unverified Accounts: Withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending until all required documentation is submitted and approved. mon33 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete KYC documentation.

• mon33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it reasonably considers to be unusual in size, frequency, or context.
• Any funds deposited that are found to originate from fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment sources will be reversed, and the associated Account will be immediately suspended and referred to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from completed bonus wagering are eligible for withdrawal. See Clause 5 for full details.
• mon33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions as required by its licensing obligations.

mon33 offers a range of Bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Clause and any specific terms communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses awarded by mon33 carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from the Bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time the Bonus is offered. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows (indicative; see specific promotion for exact values):

• Slots: 100% wagering contribution (subject to game exclusions)
• Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10%–20% wagering contribution
• Sportsbook (pre-match): 100% wagering contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.80
• Sportsbook (live in-play): 50% wagering contribution
• Arcade games (Sakong, Scratch Card): 50% wagering contribution

One Bonus at a Time: Only one Bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous Bonuses is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus balances and associated winnings.

Abuse & Fraud: mon33 actively monitors Bonus activity for patterns consistent with Bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation. Where such patterns are detected, mon33 reserves the right to void Bonus balances, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the Account in question without prior notice.

All bets placed on the mon33 sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino or arcade games are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, event, or game. These rules are available within the Platform interface and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Bet Acceptance: mon33 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been published in error, where a market has been suspended, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or irregular betting activity. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the Platform at the time of bet placement. mon33 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection or Platform outage during a live casino game round or a sports event, the outcome of that round or event will be determined by the game server or sports result record, as applicable. mon33 is not liable for losses sustained as a result of a User's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by mon33 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, administrative error, or confirmed match-fixing. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account balance in full.

mon33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools. All Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain control over their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at any time via the Account settings or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you are willing to lose. Once a loss limit is reached, further betting activity is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session at intervals you define.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login to the Platform is disabled.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from the Platform indefinitely. This option is irreversible and cannot be undone. Funds in the Account balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mon33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the Platform using an Account registered in another person's name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over mon33.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or coordinated syndicate betting intended to exploit pricing errors or market inefficiencies.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment methods that are not registered in your own legal name, or using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using arbitrage strategies to eliminate risk on Bonus wagering, or coordinating with other Users to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, security systems, or game software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mon33 staff members or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law, using a VPN or other means to disguise your location.

All content on the mon33 Platform — including but not limited to the mon33 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, written content, software code, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of mon33 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from mon33.
• Use the mon33 brand name, logo, or any Platform assets in any marketing, promotional, or affiliate material without an active, written affiliate agreement with mon33.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital property.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, trademark, or proprietary rights legend displayed on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of mon33's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable international intellectual property law.

mon33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

mon33 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated KYC service providers, payment processors, and licensing authorities solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mon33 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated companies shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect, and whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, including during scheduled maintenance windows or as a result of circumstances beyond mon33's reasonable control (force majeure events).
• Any financial losses sustained as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or market information that were promptly corrected upon discovery, and in respect of which affected bets have been voided and stakes returned.
• Any losses arising from your decision to gamble while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any substance that may impair your judgment.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude mon33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

In all other cases, mon33's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the mon33 support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method, net of any applicable Bonus forfeiture amounts, within 5 business days.

Termination by mon33: mon33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of your Account would expose mon33 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination by mon33 for cause, any Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited in their entirety. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method at mon33's discretion and subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

mon33 also reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months. Thirty days' notice will be provided before closure of an inactive Account. Any balance remaining in a closed inactive Account will be held by mon33 for a period of 12 months following closure, during which time you may reclaim it by contacting [email protected] with appropriate identification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mon33 is incorporated and holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, you must first contact mon33's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. mon33 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or through the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

mon33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a User — mon33 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

For non-material amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates required by regulatory changes), revised Terms & Conditions take effect upon publication on the Platform without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account.
